A Journey Through the Book (10) – Hockley Woods

Richard and Rose go riding in Hockley Woods where Richard performs a chivalric deed and impresses Rose with his expert horsemanship.  Hockley Woods covers about 130 hectares and is the largest remaining part of the wild wood which covered Essex after the Ice Age 10,000 years ago.
